Read more: careers.bms.com/working-with-us.</p> <p>The Business Analyst Manager supporting the Trial Operations Product Line in Global Development Operations IT (GDO IT) will play a key role in bridging the gap between Clinical Operations needs and IT solutions, primarily focusing on the clinical trial management, site monitoring and study start up products. This is a hands-on role where the successful candidate will work closely with study leads, regional clinical operations, and various other stakeholders to gather requirements, design prototypes, work with IT teams to develop solutions, and support the technology throughout its lifecycle.</p> <p>Major Responsibilities and Accountabilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Serve as the business analyst on assigned initiatives in Trial Operations product line within Global Development Operations IT organization.</p> </li><li> <p>Work closely with product managers and business stakeholders to lead business process mapping and requirements gathering sessions.</p> </li><li> <p>Create IT documentation artifacts in support of an agile technology implementations, including but not limited to requirements specifications, process diagrams, user acceptance test plans, traceability matrices, wireframes, training documents, and change management artifacts.</p> </li><li> <p>Use BMS AI tools to automate business processes.</p> </li><li> <p>Prototype technology solutions using tools such as python, Jupyter Notebook, and Figma.</p> </li><li> <p>Write SQL scripts to analyze data related to specimen flow, protocol configurations, and study milestones to identify gaps, trends, and improvement opportunities; generate relevant reports and visualizations.</p> </li><li> <p>Configure, test, and validate applications with engineering team.</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinate and execute user acceptance testing, validate requirements, and manage traceability matrices.</p> </li><li> <p>Participate in retrospectives, collect user feedback, and propose improvements to business capabilities.</p> </li><li> <p>Develop effective business relationships with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of technology initiatives.</p> </li><li> <p>Establish business analysis framework working with other business analysts in GDO-IT.</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Minimum Requirements</p> <ul> <li> <p>Minimum education of a bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, life sciences, or related discipline.</p> </li><li> <p>Minimum of four (4) years of experience as a technical business analyst, preferably in pharmaceutical, clinical research, or healthcare settings.</p> </li><li> <p>Must have knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and have a working knowledge of the Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK). CBAP certification or equivalent is a plus.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience using Python or similar tools for scripting, automation, and analytics. Additional incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility) may be available. The starting pay rate takes into account characteristics of the job, such as required skills, where the job is performed, the employee's work schedule, job-related knowledge, and experience.
