<p>About the Role</p> <p>We are seeking a creative and motivated Motion Design Intern to join our Marketing/Creative team. This entry-level role is ideal for a student or recent graduate looking to gain hands-on experience developing motion graphics and visual content for a medical company. You'll support a variety of projects that help explain products, engage customers, and strengthen our brand.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <p>Assist in creating motion graphics, animations, and short-form videos for internal and external use.</p> <p>Design and animate visual assets for social media, product education, training materials, and presentations.</p> <p>Support senior designers with editing, versioning, and production tasks.</p> <p>Help maintain consistency with brand guidelines across all visual content.</p> <p>Collaborate with marketing, product, and creative teams to bring concepts to life.</p> <p>Organize and manage digital assets and project files.</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Motion Design, Animation, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field.</p> <p>Basic experience with Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.</p> <p>A portfolio or sample work demonstrating motion/animation skills (class projects welcome).</p> <p>Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn new tools and techniques.</p> <p>Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.</p> <p>Preferred (Not Required)</p> <p>Familiarity with 3D software</p> <p>Interest in healthcare, technology, or scientific storytelling.</p> <p>What You'll Gain</p> <p>Real-world experience producing motion content for a regulated and meaningful industry.</p> <p>Mentorship from experienced designers and marketers.</p> <p>Exposure to product education, branding, and digital communication strategies.</p> <p>A chance to build your portfolio with professional-quality work.</p> <p>$20 - $20 an hour</p> <p>We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses.
