<p>Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Adult Day Center Location: Brockton, MA Pay: $18.00/hour Schedule: Monday-Friday- day shift</p> <p>About the Role We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Adult Day Center team. In this role, you will support participants with daily care needs while helping create a safe, engaging, and supportive environment.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <p>Assist participants with personal care, hygiene, and daily living activities Monitor health status and report any changes Support social engagement and group activities Assist with meals and light housekeeping tasks Help ensure a safe and comfortable environment Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes Work collaboratively with team members to support participant care</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Active CNA certification required High school diploma or GED At least 1 year of caregiving or CNA experience preferred Experience with older adults or individuals with disabilities is a plus CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)</p> <p>Why Join Us?</p> <p>Consistent weekday schedule - no nights or weekends Supportive team environment Meaningful work with the adult population On demand pay</p>
