Paid vacation & paid holidays. </li><li>Doughnuts are provided every Monday for the weekly meeting with free lunch Friday for all employees all summer. </li><li>Employee home purchase discount and exclusive employee discount program - travel, computers, gym membership, and more. </li><li>New Hires will be matched with a company mentor to support on the job training success and employee personal/professional growth. </li></ul> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Selected individuals will be responsible for installing shingles on a finished roof of a modular home. </li><li>Safe operation of tools of the trade (hand tools, power tools etc.) </li><li>Follow all OSHA regulations and other mandatory safety requirements related to mandatory tie off policies and personal protective equipment. </li><li>Effective communication with foremen, supervisors, and other company employees. </li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li> <p>All levels of Commercial/Residential Roofing but at least 1 year of experience preferred.</p> </li><li> <p>Please list this experience in your application</p> </li><li> <p>Must be able to climb, bend, and carry a large load of 50 pounds up ladders during an 8(+) hour shift.</p> </li><li> <p>Comfortable working at heights of 6+ feet or higher with the required safety harness.</p> </li><li> <p>High accuracy in work and attention to detail.</p> </li><li> <p>Install shingles according to print specifications and work order.</p> </li><li> <p>Safe use pneumatic and power tools.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience soffit/facia and rubber roofs.</p> </li><li> <p>Regular attendance is a critical part of all positions at KIT.
