<p>PART TIME</p> <ul> <li>Print or email all open work orders for sites </li><li>Check for any reactive work orders </li><li>Close all completed work orders. </li><li>Create PM's </li><li>Check with supervisor or Maintenance lead about parts supplies and update MPulse </li><li>Build out work centers in MPulse, based on section and parts maintained </li><li>Have an understanding of Work Centers and part names </li><li>Have an understanding of lockout tagout and maintenance processes to better understand the working of work orders </li><li>Generate CNC programs for router </li><li>Working knowledge of all mechanical systems, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical </li><li>Ability to change oil and grease </li><li>Ability to complete simple projects (changing bearings, sprockets, and chains) </li><li>Basic Welding Skills </li><li>Pipe Fitting Knowledge, able to thread and fit a pipe </li><li>Respond to, diagnose, and resolve plumbing emergencies. </li><li>Self-motivated, look for repair needs before breakdowns occur </li><li>Possess mechanical skills and knowledge (ability to recognize/resolve mechanical issues) </li><li>Ability to do general maintenance (cut, weld, change bearings, sprockets, chains) </li><li>Ability to troubleshoot electrical </li><li>Knowledge of building structures including blueprints, new equipment placement within a structure or in a newly designed structure </li><li>Advanced welding skills, able to do fabrication work, follow all "hot work" protocols </li><li>PLC inputs and outputs including some trouble shooting </li><li>Where applicable, various fueled fired boiler operations </li><li>Advanced working knowledge of Industrial hydraulics, pneumatic systems, and pumps. </li><li>Some knowledge of code (ampacity of wire, breaker sizing, tap rules) </li></ul> <p>Perks & Benefits:</p> <ul> <li>Medical Plans/Dental Coverage/Vision Coverage/Prescription Plans </li><li>Recognition & Rewards Program </li><li>Life Insurance </li><li>Short-Term Disability Benefit </li><li>Voluntary Long-Term Disability Benefit </li><li>401k Retirement Saving with Company Match </li><li>Health Saving Account (HSA) </li><li>Employee Assistance Program </li><li>Paid Time Off and Paid Holidays </li><li>Employee Referral Bonus (no cap) </li></ul>
