<p>Technical Skill Requirement:</p> <p>The role of Lead Automation Engineer demands a diverse and highly developed set of technical and soft skills. Candidates should possess a strong foundation in Automation engineering principles, advanced problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to lead and inspire teams.</p> <p>Technical Skills</p> <ul> <li>Automation Technologies: Proficiency in Emerson DeltaV programming is a must. Proficiency in PLCs (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Schneider Electric, etc.), SCADA systems, and industrial networking is desirable. </li><li>Hardware Integration: Strong understanding of sensors, actuators, HMIs, and interfacing with process control equipment. </li><li>Control Systems and Standards: Deep knowledge in control theory, PID tuning, and feedback systems.
