You can expect to work directly for a family-owned business which allows you to be known and cared for personally.</p> <p>Your Opportunity:</p> <p>Leaders at Chick-fil-A Denver (NC) begin in a mid-level leadership role, responsible for leading culinary and/or hospitality operations on their shift to deliver on exemplary guest experiences. Our leaders drive execution, consistency, and speed of operations, ensuring food safety and quality meet Chick-fil-A standards. They develop team members during their assigned shift, upholding team member policies, providing necessary communication, and taking immediate steps to protect the Chick-fil-A brand and reputation of Chick-fil-A Denver (NC).</p> <p>Your Impact:</p> <ul> <li>Oversees daily shift operations through role placement, breaks, and production flow </li><li>Open and/or close the restaurant efficiently </li><li>Manage labor and team productivity </li><li>Effectively control cash management through tasks such as counting drawers, managing safe and finalizing the day. </li><li>Ensures food quality, accuracy, speed and presentation meets Chick-fil-A standards </li><li>Oversees and monitors shift operations with a food safety mindset, both from our local health department and corporate SAFE standards, in order to ensure we are storing and serving food safely. </li><li>Uphold all food safety guidelines and ensure compliance with FDA Food Code. </li><li>Coaches and mentors all team members to develop a waste reducing mindset. </li><li>Supports initiatives in the restaurant that help drive performance towards goals </li><li>Supports onboarding and training of new team members. Equips all Team Members with the correct knowledge and skills to excel. </li><li>Create Eye Contact, smile and speak enthusiastically while making emotional connections with guests </li><li>Coaches, trains and develops team member skillsets in real time </li><li>Celebrates positive behaviors and good results through individual and team recognition. </li><li>Partners with other leaders to ensure smooth handoff and service flow between shifts </li><li>Troubleshoot operational challenges quickly and effectively </li><li>Uphold Chick-fil-A values and culture for self and team during every shift </li><li>Effectively resolve guest complaints using the HEARD model, responding in a timely and respectful manner that leads with guest satisfaction through resolution. </li><li>Adhere to and enforce all restaurant policies and procedures </li></ul> <p>A Culture That Cares About You:</p> <p>By coming to be a part of our Chick-fil-A Denver (NC) team, you will receive -</p> <ul> <li>Pay: $18-24/hour for team leaders. Starting pay is contingent on availability and flexibility.
