<p>Employment Type:</p> <p>Full time</p> <p>Shift:</p> <p>12 Hour Day Shift</p> <p>Description:</p> <p>Position Purpose</p> <p>At Saint Francis Hospital the Virtual Registered Nurse RN is a key part of our innovative Virtual Connected Care delivery Model. This is a true team approach to patient-centered care and uses technology to support direct care staff and increase patient interaction.</p> <p>What you will do</p> <ul> <li> <p>The Virtual RN is connected to the Patient Room virtually with complete access to medical records and performs detailed examinations via advance camara technology.</p> </li><li> <p>They also provide mentoring and support to the direct care nurse.</p> </li></ul> <p>Minimum Qualifications</p> <ul> <li> <p>Education: Graduate of an accredited college or university affiliated nursing program. Specialty credentialing & educational degree according to clinical nursing practice specialty area. BSN graduate preferred.</p> </li><li> <p>Licensure: Current Licensure as a Registered Nurse RN in Connecticut.</p> </li><li> <p>Certification: BLS certification required.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience: Minimum Eight (8) years of experience in health condition management, which must include adult condition management and Hospital experience.</p> </li><li> <p>Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience.
