We are looking for a driven and curious Water/Wastewater Engineer to join our team in Reno, Nevada.</p> <p>As?part?of?our team,?you will work with a core group of engineers and designers on some of the most complex water and wastewater treatment projects in our region. You will work in process/mechanical engineering, planning studies, pilot scale evaluations, treatment technologies, and applicable regulatory frameworks to collaborate with our team to deliver meaningful solutions for treatment project challenges locally, nationally, and across the globe. You'll also have opportunities to engage in project management and business development roles. We empower employees with our hybrid working policy, allowing them to split their work week between Jacobs offices/projects and remote locations enabling them to deliver their best work.</p> <p>Here's what you'll need</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Environmental, or Mechanical preferred) </li><li>A minimum of 2 years of progressive process engineering and project delivery experience with water and wastewater and/or industrial treatment, including process planning, evaluations, piloting, modeling, and design </li><li>Proven experience working on water and wastewater treatment projects (ideally including planning, design, permitting, construction phase services, and commissioning) </li><li>Related project management and task leadership experience, including demonstrated ability to successfully manage and deliver projects and tasks </li><li>Familiarity with State and Federal government regulatory frameworks related to water and wastewater treatment </li><li>EIT certification </li></ul> <p>Ideally, you'll also have:</p> <ul> <li>Professional Engineer license (P.E.) </li><li>Master's or other graduate degree in Engineering (Civil, Environmental, or Mechanical preferred) </li></ul> <p>Posted Salary Range: Minimum</p> <p>68,400.00</p> <p>Posted Salary Range: Upper</p> <p>119,600.00</p> <p>Jacobs' health and welfare benefits are designed to invest in you, and in the things you care about.
