On April 30, 2025, QXO completed its first acquisition: Beacon Building Products, a leading distributor in the sector.</p> <p>We are building a customer-focused, tech-enabled, and innovation-driven business that will scale rapidly through accretive M&A, organic growth, and greenfield expansion. Our strategy is rooted in delivering exceptional customer experiences, improving operational efficiency, and leveraging data, digital tools, and AI to modernize a historically under-digitized industry.</p> <p>What you'll do:</p> <ul> <li>Develop and execute sourcing strategies for Roofing Low slope category aligned with company growth and profitability goals. </li><li>Run advanced sourcing processes using should-cost modeling, TCO, and other industry best practices. </li><li>Lead supplier negotiations and deliver best-in-class agreements. </li><li>Build and manage supplier scorecards, SLAs, and quarterly business reviews. </li><li>Partner with suppliers on joint business planning, innovation pipelines, and private label opportunities. </li><li>Proactively manage supplier risk, continuity planning, and compliance. </li><li>Collaborate with merchandising, finance, and supply chain teams to align category sourcing with business priorities. </li><li>Leverage AI, analytics, and digital sourcing tools to transform category management. </li></ul> <p>What you'll bring:</p> <ul> <li>Proven sourcing and category management experience in world-class sourcing company utilizing strategic sourcing best practices </li><li>Strong negotiator with experience applying procurement best practices. </li><li>Skilled at balancing fact-based negotiation with trust-based supplier partnerships. </li><li>Experience with supplier scorecards, SLAs, joint business planning, and innovation programs. </li><li>Digitally fluent, with hands-on experience in e-sourcing tools, analytics, and AI. </li><li>Commercially sharp, able to drive cost competitiveness while enabling innovation and top-line growth. </li><li>Strong communicator who thrives in cross-functional environments. </li></ul> <p>What you'll earn</p> <ul> <li>401(k) with employer match </li><li>Medical, dental, and vision insurance </li><li>PTO, company holidays, and parental leave </li><li>Paid training and certifications </li><li>Legal assistance and identity protection </li><li>Pet insurance </li><li>Employee assistance program (EAP) </li></ul> <p>QXO is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
