This position offers hands-on exposure to the construction industry and an opportunity to work on impactful projects that shape communities.</p> <p>Essential Duties/Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Assist with construction management tasks, including project coordination and documentation. </li><li>Support estimating activities, such as quantity take-offs and cost analysis. </li><li>Prepare and track Requests for Information (RFIs). </li><li>Research and gather information on quotes, suppliers, and subcontractors. </li><li>Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure timely and accurate project execution. </li></ul> <p>Education & Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Currently enrolled in a Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Project Engineering program. </li><li>Strong organizational and communication skills. </li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team. </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with construction software is a plus. </li></ul> <p>Work Schedule and Pay</p> <ul> <li>Part-Time: 10-20 hours per week during the academic term. </li><li>Flexible scheduling to accommodate class commitments. </li><li>Potential for full-time employment upon graduation </li><li>Starting Pay Range: $20-$30/hour </li></ul>
