Visit us at www.accenture.com. .</p> <p>A "Sales Pricing Support Specialist" is responsible for providing pricing and administrative support to the sales team by managing pricing enablement, generating accurate quotes, and ensuring compliance with pricing policies, ultimately aiming to optimize sales revenue and profitability while maintaining competitive pricing.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <p>Quote Generation:</p> <ul> <li>Develop and deliver accurate and timely sales quotes based on product specifications, customer needs, and pricing guidelines. </li><li>Pricing Strategy Development: </li><li>Collaborate with client to implement aligned pricing strategies from Sales Organization for new products, promotions, and customer segments. </li></ul> <p>Pricing Compliance:</p> <ul> <li>Monitor and enforce established pricing policies, ensuring adherence to company guidelines and legal regulations. </li></ul> <p>Data Management:</p> <ul> <li>Maintain and update pricing data in CRM systems, including product details, pricing tiers, and discounts. </li></ul> <p>Sales Support:</p> <ul> <li>Provide pricing information and guidance to sales representatives, addressing pricing inquiries and resolving customer concerns. </li></ul> <p>Reporting:</p> <ul> <li>Generate regular pricing reports and dashboards to track key metrics and identify trends. </li></ul> <p>Qualification</p> <ul> <li>Proven experience in sales operations within a BPO environment, ideally with expertise in managing large sales teams and complex data sets. </li><li>Knowledge of industry-specific sales processes and best practices </li></ul> <p>Excellent Communication Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers and internal stakeholders effectively. </li></ul> <p>Analytical Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Strong analytical mindset with ability to analyze data from various reports and provide insights to the sales teams. </li></ul> <p>Pricing Knowledge:</p> <ul> <li>Understanding of pricing concepts, including cost-plus, value-based, and competitive pricing. </li></ul> <p>CRM Proficiency:</p> <ul> <li>Expertise in using CRM systems to manage pricing data and generate quotes. </li><li>Communication Skills: </li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey pricing information to sales teams and customers. </li></ul> <p>Collaboration:</p> <ul> <li>Ability to work effectively with sales teams, marketing, finance, and other departments for workflows of the pricing approvals and queries. </li></ul> <p>Preferred requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree </li><li>Portuguese Level C1 </li><li>Ability to establish strong client relationship </li><li>Ability to manage multiple stakeholders </li><li>Adaptable and flexible </li><li>Collaboration and interpersonal skills </li><li>Problem-solving skills </li></ul> <p>Locations</p>
