As one of our team members you will provide support with the daily activities of the medical laboratory. Our expectation is to provide courteous and friendly service with multiple patients and offices. We expect that you will maintain a professional image in appearance and conduct; balance team and individual responsibilities to contributes to a positive work environment. Because you will interact with all ranges of patients and co-workers must have excellent communication skills to interact effectively.</p> <p>Essential Job Functions: Provide an excellent customer experience with every encounter to patients and co-workers both in and out of the laboratory. Provide support with the daily activities of the medical laboratory including performing general laboratory testing including moderate and waived complexity. Performance of quality control, troubleshooting and instrument maintenance. Excellent Phlebotomy skills *Minimum two years' experience.</p> <p>Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent. Graduation from an accredited medical vocational institution with phlebotomy course diploma. Prefer phlebotomy certification and two years of phlebotomy experience. Experience with laboratory testing, in particular Hematology.</p> <p>Hours: Mon-Wed: 8:00-5:00 pm</p>
