<p>Position Summary</p> <p>As a Cleaning Tech, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the success execution of cleaning projects from inception to completion. You'll be entrusted with various responsibilities, including learning and understanding Data Center environments.</p> <p>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Willing to travel to various cities and states (fully paid by the company) </li><li>Comfortable in construction environments, using machinery (fork-lifts, scissor lifts, etc.) </li><li>Comfortable with heights and small spaces. </li><li>Follow directions from Supervisor and/or Team Lead </li><li>Clean, chemically treat, and vacuum physical surfaces within a construction, technical or GMP environment. </li><li>Subfloor vacuuming and wiping. </li><li>Drop ceiling vacuuming and wiping. </li><li>Clean outside of cabinets. </li><li>Floor surface vacuuming and mopping (both vinyl and HPL floors). </li><li>Dust furniture, walls, machines, or hardware. </li><li>Clean windows, glass allotments and mirrors utilizing foamy water or different cleaners. </li></ul> <p>Knowledge, Skills and Abilities</p> <ul> <li>Ability to read, write and speak English proficiently </li><li>Ability to pass criminal background check </li><li>Ability to pass substance screening </li><li>Must have reliable transportation </li><li>Valid Government-issued ID </li><li>Ability to travel up to 50% of the time </li><li>Knowledge of Data Centers </li></ul> <p>Education & Experience</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or equivalent </li><li>Experience as a Cleaner/Janitor </li><li>OSHA 30 Certification </li></ul>
