<p>The Health and Wellness Promotion Coordinator, a pivotal role reporting to the Director of Counseling and Health Services, plays a significant part in Austin Peay State University's mission to foster a culture of student wellness. This role is instrumental in creating a pluralistic learning environment and promoting student health and wellbeing. The coordinator, as part of a dynamic team, will drive the strategy, vision, and operational leadership to develop a campus community where students thrive.</p> <p>This position is a key player in a cross-divisional and cross-institutional approach to administer the services, functions, programs, and activities related to student wellbeing. The Health and Wellness Promotion Coordinator will develop, implement, and evaluate outreach and education activities in three primary areas of student life: Health Promotion, Mental Health and Wellness, and Alcohol and other drug use prevention. The coordinator's student-centered approach is a cornerstone in contributing to a caring and safe campus life environment that supports the holistic success of its students.</p> <p>Austin Peay State University is a four-year public, doctoral-level university, with six colleges and four Chairs of Excellence.
