<p>The position for Manager-Finance, Diamond Supply will primarily provide financial support for Industrial operations, including inventory, capital expenditures, and support functions related to internal production facilities and external sourcing (domestically & internationally). The role will focus on delivering accurate and insightful budgeting, forecasting, and monthly analytics to support effective operational and strategic financial decision-making.</p> <p>Key Accountabilities</p> <p>Forecasting, Budgeting, and Reporting</p> <ul> <li>Support annual budgeting and forecasting processes for the Industrial divisions, specifically related to financials tied stone purchases, inventory, capital expenditures, ROI analytics, and support function spend </li><li>Deliver and present accurate and insightful analytics to support effective financial and strategic decision making </li><li>Prepare and interpret monthly reporting including measurements related to stone purchases, inventory, capital expenditures, and support function costs </li><li>Support the divisional and cost center leads through financial reporting, modeling, analysis and cost savings </li><li>Prepare and analyze monthly dashboards of KPIs </li></ul> <p>Strategic Financial Projects</p> <ul> <li>Perform various modeling and scenario analyses to support key strategic Industrial decision making </li><li>Strategic Plan support </li><li>Gross margin improvement support </li><li>Develop and improve tracking and analytics to provide updates and analysis to senior management </li><li>Build capital investment business cases </li><li>Ad hoc work related to senior management requests and points of strategic interest </li></ul> <p>Process Improvement Initiatives</p> <ul> <li>Enhance analytical tools and methodologies for increased automation and efficiency </li></ul> <p>Safety</p> <ul> <li>Demonstrate safety leadership by adherence to workplace safety policies and procedures. Recognize and positively reinforce good safety behaviors while delivering immediate, specific and constructive feedback to employees who demonstrate unsafe work behavior. </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>BA/BS in Accounting or Finance </li><li>Minimum 3-5 years of relevant accounting/finance experience </li><li>Demonstrated leadership experience </li><li>Strong verbal, written and presentation communication skills </li><li>Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities </li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office software with advanced Excel skills </li><li>Willing to work flexible hours </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>CPA certification and/or MBA degree </li><li>Prior experience at Big 4 accounting firm and/or bulge bracket investment bank </li><li>Hyperion financial software knowledge </li><li>Power BI software knowledge </li><li>Business Objects software knowledge </li></ul> <p>The hiring range for this position ranges from $59.00 - $66.50 per hour. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidates' relevant skills and experience.</p>
