We work in a uniquely collaborative model across the firm and throughout all levels of the client organization, generating results that allow our clients to thrive.</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <p>As a Senior Analyst - BCG Vantage in a Client Focus role within BCG's PIPE Practice Area, you will work in a growing global team, delivering value to clients via individual expertise and/or institutionalized BCG Vantage assets (products, tools, data, and related expertise, etc.). You will contribute on cases and proposals by providing relevant analysis and insights and create strong impact for case teams and clients.</p> <p>You will support commercialization efforts for the topic/sector working, in conjunction with business leaders, through contributing analysis and insights to proposals, and marketing materials. Additionally, as a Senior Analyst - BCG Vantage, you will help in developing intellectual property & assets for the business and assist in onboarding and training junior colleagues based on your topic/sector expertise.</p> <p>BCG's PIPE Practice Area works with the world's largest investment firms, serving eight client asset classes: Private Equity, Sovereign Wealth Funds, Pension Plans, Family Offices, Tech Capital, Global Asset Managers, Infrastructure Investors & Real Estate, and Hedge Funds. Likewise, PIPE topics cut across not only these asset classes, but also across industries (e.g., Health Care, Consumer, etc.).</p> <p>YOU'RE GOOD AT</p> <ul> <li>Solving client problems through formulating relevant research and/or analytical approaches on PIPE topics </li><li>Communicating with case teams and clients team members, in a credible and confident way </li><li>Working collaboratively and effectively in a group dynamic often virtual, proficient in agile ways of working </li><li>Being flexible and bringing a curious and creative mindset, open to new things and able to propose innovative ideas </li><li>Navigating complexity and ambiguity </li></ul> <p>What You'll Bring</p> <ul> <li>2+ years of consulting experience required; candidates with consulting experience in private investment due diligences strongly preferred </li><li>In lieu of consulting experience, 3+ years minimum relevant work experience required </li><li>Bachelor's Degree required (advanced degree preferred) </li><li>Fluency in English </li><li>Strong business acumen and problem-solving capabilities </li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills </li></ul> <p>Who You'll Work With</p> <p>As a Senior Analyst - BCG Vantage, you will work face to face with clients and with BCG Project Leaders, Associates and Consultants. In the period between cases, you will collaborate with global topic leads and colleagues across BCG to bring expertise and capabilities to the service of our internal and external clients.
