<p>Apply</p> <p>Job Type</p> <p>Full-time</p> <p>Description</p> <p>JOB SUMMARY</p> <p>This role supports the manufacturing process through a variety of operational functions within the shipping and receiving departments. This is a fast-paced job in a manufacturing environment. Our team works a 9/80 schedule- with every other Friday off.</p> <ul> <li>Load and unload incoming and outgoing materials from loading docks and delivery trucks. </li><li>Move material between loading docks, inventory storage locations, quality control, and production as needed. </li><li>Utilize the ERP (Epicor) system and make regular entries related to shipping and receiving. </li><li>Safely operate tow motors and powered and standard pallet jacks. </li><li>Accurately store and organize materials and complete inventory counts as needed. </li><li>Use pick lists to gather required components for various production assemblies. </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <p>Candidates for this position must have:</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or GED </li><li>A minimum of 2 years experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment </li><li>Ability to load and unload materials- lift up to 50 pounds frequently </li><li>Ability to operate powered industrial equipment </li><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to details </li><li>Good computer skills and familiarity with MS Office Suite </li><li>Ability to work independently </li><li>Ability to prioritize and respond quickly to support business needs </li><li>Dependability- good attendance is crucial in this role </li></ul> <p>The best candidates for this position will have:</p> <ul> <li>Prior experience with material handling, purchasing, shipping, receiving, and inventory control </li><li>Prior experience with ERP - particularly Epicor </li></ul> <p>ACT offers a competitive wage with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, company paid life/disability, 401k with match, and a profit-sharing bonus plan.</p> <p>ACT is an equal opportunity employer.
