<p>JOB FUNCTION:</p> <p>Support and assist the production crew through various tasks. Prospective employees should be friendly, hard-working, dependable and a team player. This is a full-time position with normal scheduling of 6am- 3pm, Monday- Friday. Hours may vary based on production needs.</p> <p>DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:</p> <ul> <li>Perform duties on production floor </li><li>Wrap and bag customer orders </li><li>Assist in cutting processes of meat products: (beef, pork, poultry) </li><li>Prepare items for distribution </li><li>Clean equipment and sanitize daily </li><li>Other duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>QUALIFICATIONS:</p> <ul> <li>Must be at least 18 years old or older </li><li>Ability to work with others </li><li>Good interpersonal skills </li><li>Good verbal communication </li><li>Previous meat- cutting experience preferred </li></ul> <p>PHYSICAL DEMANDS:</p> <ul> <li>On feet 8 hours per day </li><li>Repetitive lifting and grasp </li><li>Reaching, pushing, pulling, twisting, squatting </li><li>Frequently lift 0-20 pounds </li><li>Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds </li></ul> <p>WORK ENVIRONMENT:</p> <ul> <li>Exposure to varying temperatures </li><li>EOE </li></ul>
