<p>Kforce has a client in need of a Change Communications Consultant in Johnston, RI.</p> <p>Responsibilities include:</p> <ul> <li>Develop and execute strategic communication plans for Enterprise Transformation initiatives </li><li>Coordinate with program managers, change managers, and key stakeholders to align messaging </li><li>Create and manage content including presentations, articles, scripts, videos, and microsite updates </li><li>Maintain organized communication assets in SharePoint or Teams and ensure brand compliance </li><li>Provide guidance on best practices for messaging, tone, and communication tactics </li><li>Monitor audience engagement, adjust strategies, and implement innovative approaches to drive adoption </li><li>Track KPIs, analyze performance, and use insights to continuously improve communication effectiveness* 5-7 years of experience in internal communications strategy and execution </li><li>Skilled in creating PowerPoint presentations and visual assets </li><li>Experience managing SharePoint pages and microsite content </li><li>Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar platforms </li><li>Background in supporting large corporate and technology transformations </li><li>Experience with video scripts, persona development, and multimedia content </li><li>Strong writing and communication skills for all organizational levels </li><li>Proficient in design and copywriting; Adobe InDesign experience </li><li>Ability to build and manage end-to-end communication plans using project tools </li></ul>
