<p>As a Welcome Center Representative, you will assist in checking in Mini-Vac clients as well as support manifesting OPC tours. Our Representatives provide information for hotel reservations for Mini-Vac clients. In addition, our team assist in booking tours, creating reservations in Concierge, updating client accounts, confirming hotel rooms, handling customer issues, and driving retail and hotel sales.</p> <p>Job Description:</p> <p>As a Welcome Center Representative, you will assist in checking in Mini-Vac clients as well as support manifesting OPC tours. Our Representatives provide information for hotel reservations for Mini-Vac clients. In addition, our team assist in booking tours, creating reservations in Concierge, updating client accounts, confirming hotel rooms, handling customer issues, and driving retail and hotel sales.</p> <p>Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:</p> <ul> <li>Book, modify and service reservations for our guests and communicate effectively. </li><li>Confirm & qualify each incoming guest for their presentation. </li><li>Report on tour reconciliations at varying times throughout the day to appropriate departments. </li><li>Reschedule any mini vac tours that were missed or no showed for their tour. </li><li>Answering any questions from owners or non-owners concerning their reservations. </li><li>Address any special needs that owners and non-owners may have. </li><li>Greet non-owners/ guests who arrive for their vacation. </li><li>Go over qualifications with the guests at the time of booking, confirming and during check-in. </li><li>Supply guests with local information, maps to their hotels and the surrounding area. </li><li>Selling Busch Gardens/ Scuppers tickets and any tickets that may enhance the guest's vacation. </li><li>Report on arrivals, no shows, tour invites, late arrivals, and daily room/ Inhouse booking activity daily. </li></ul> <p>Benefits:</p> <ul> <li>401(k) </li><li>Dental insurance </li><li>Vision insurance </li><li>Health insurance </li><li>Paid time off </li><li>Employee discounts and much, much more! </li></ul> <p>Schedule:</p> <p>Open availability schedule anywhere from 7:30am - 9:30pm</p> <p>Holidays and Weekends are a must.</p> <p>Our commitment to diversity</p> <p>We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
