<p>Description:</p> <p>You will be the Manufacturing Planner Sr. In this role you would work in the Production</p> <p>Planning and Control organization as a</p> <p>Scheduler, Make, Buy, or Bill of Materials (BOM)</p> <p>Planner. Our team is responsible for production</p> <p>planning for all of Orlando site operations.</p> <p>Individuals could be assigned to Program or</p> <p>Manufacturing Operations.</p> <p>What You Will Be Doing</p> <p>As the Manufacturing Planner Sr, Your responsibilities will include:</p> <ul> <li>Individual will fill the requirement for a Factory </li></ul> <p>Operations Manufacturing or Make Planner in</p> <p>one of four Production Operations Centers.</p> <ul> <li>Scheduling and integrity of the MRP system for all assigned assemblies. Status and reporting of </li></ul> <p>manufacturing build. Effective management of</p> <p>kit issues and fulfillment of hardware needs to</p> <p>support manufacturing build. Effective factory</p> <p>implementation and cut-in of engineering and</p> <p>process changes. Discover more about our Orlando, Florida location.</p> <p>MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is</p> <p>located at a facility that requires special access.</p> <p>The selected candidate must be able to obtain a</p> <p>secret clearance.</p> <p>Basic Qualifications:</p> <p>Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a</p> <p>related discipline, with 5+ years of professional</p> <p>experience or 3+ years of professional</p> <p>experience with a related Masters degree or</p> <p>equivalent experience/combined education</p> <p>Experience with SAP</p> <p>Experience with Buy Planning, Manufacturing</p> <p>and/or Make Planning experience</p> <p>Strong communication skills</p> <p>Ability to adapt to changing environments</p> <p>Must be a U.S citizen and have the ability to</p> <p>obtain a Secret Security clearance</p> <p>Desired Skills:</p> <p>Degree from an accredited college in the field</p> <p>such as supply chain management, operations</p> <p>management</p> <p>Demonstrated ability to work with multiple levels</p> <p>of management, industry, peers, a represented</p> <p>workforce or business.</p> <p>Possess knowledge of lean manufacturing</p> <p>Knowledge of Material Management and</p> <p>Accounting System (MMAS)</p> <p>knowledge, including: experience with material</p> <p>requirements and</p> <p>Dock/Receiving/Warehouse/Shipping areas</p> <p>Ability to obtain Green belt certification</p> <p>ASCM Certified in Production and Inventory</p> <p>Management (CPIM) certification.</p> <p>Demonstrate proficient knowledge of computer</p> <p>systems, databases, and programs.</p> <p>Very good organization and communication skills.</p> <p>Demonstrate strong analytical, problem solving,</p> <p>and multitasking skills.</p> <p>Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.</p> <p>Clearance Level: Secret</p> <p>Other Important Information You Should Know</p> <p>Expression of Interest: By applying to this job, you are expressing interest in this position and could be considered for other career opportunities where similar skills and requirements have been identified as a match. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.
