Create a fun and professional work environment that promotes growth and leadership opportunities for Assistant Managers and Shift Leaders. </li><li>Marketing Execution: Lead the rollout of Dunkin's monthly marketing initiatives and embrace exciting promotions designed to engage our guests. </li><li>Safety and Security: Ensure the safety and security of the restaurant by adhering to Loss Prevention Policies and standards. </li><li>Audit Readiness: Aim for excellence by achieving high scores on corporate audits and health inspections. </li><li>Flexibility for Growth: Be ready to take on additional responsibilities and contribute to our vibrant Dunkin' community as needed. </li></ul> <p>What We're Looking For:</p> <ul> <li>Experience: A successful track record in quick service food operations, especially with Dunkin' or similar establishments. </li><li>Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to connect with both guests and team members.
