<p>Job Announcement: Grounds Maintenance Trainer Commercial GM</p> <p>We are currently seeking a Grounds Maintenance Trainer to join our Commercial Grounds Maintenance team. This full-time, non-exempt position is based in the community and reports to the Manager of Commercial Grounds Maintenance Services.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Supervise and train individuals with developmental disabilities in grounds maintenance tasks across various commercial sites.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure high-quality service delivery in line with contractual requirements and safety guidelines.</p> </li><li> <p>Support crew members in developing vocational skills and achieving personal goals.</p> </li><li> <p>Operate and maintain grounds keeping tools, equipment, and vehicles.</p> </li><li> <p>Conduct site inspections, maintain documentation, and ensure safety compliance.</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>High school diploma or GED required.</p> </li><li> <p>Minimum two years of grounds maintenance experience with demonstrated leadership skills.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.</p> </li><li> <p>Valid California drivers license with a clean driving record.</p> </li><li> <p>First Aid and CPR certification required; QAC preferred.</p> </li></ul> <p>Work Schedule:</p> <p>MondayFriday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. (40 hours/week)</p> <p>Pay:</p> <p>$18.50 - $19.50 an hour</p> <p>Join us in making a positive impact in the community while supporting personal growth and quality service standards.</p>
