<p>The Fulfillment Supervisor provides frontline leadership and operational oversight for shift-level fulfillment activities at the Green Pointe facility. This role is accountable for the execution of picking, packing, shipping, and order accuracy performance across a multi-brand distribution environment.</p> <p>As an exempt leader, this position exercises independent judgment in workforce deployment, performance management, and operational decision-making to ensure service level attainment, labor optimization, and compliance adherence. The Fulfillment Supervisor directly supports the Sr. Manager, Green Pointe Operations in driving throughput, workforce engagement, and execution excellence.</p> <p>Scope of Responsibility</p> <ul> <li>Direct leadership of associates, scaling significantly during seasonal peaks </li><li>Ownership of shift-level KPIs: productivity, quality, safety, and on-time shipping </li><li>Labor planning and execution to support daily and seasonal volume demands </li><li>Frontline compliance with safety, GMP, SQF, and operational standards </li></ul> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <p>Operational Leadership & Execution</p> <ul> <li>Lead daily fulfillment operations including picking, packing, and shipping </li><li>Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer and wholesale orders </li><li>Allocate labor strategically to meet volume demands and productivity targets </li><li>Monitor workflow and remove operational barriers in real time </li><li>Escalate systemic risks and recommend corrective actions to site leadership </li></ul> <p>Performance & Financial Discipline</p> <ul> <li>Drive achievement of daily and weekly performance metrics </li><li>Analyze productivity and quality data to identify trends and improvement opportunities </li><li>Support labor cost control through proactive workforce management </li><li>Maintain shift-level accountability for cost per unit and throughput performance </li></ul> <p>Talent Leadership & Workforce Development</p> <ul> <li>Provide direct supervision, coaching, and performance management to associates </li><li>Conduct performance evaluations and administer corrective action when necessary </li><li>Lead onboarding and training initiatives for new and seasonal employees </li><li>Build a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement </li><li>Partner with HR to manage attendance, retention risks, and employee relations matters </li></ul> <p>Cross-Functional Collaboration</p> <ul> <li>Coordinate closely with Assembly, Inventory Control, Systems and Transportation teams </li><li>Communicate operational constraints and capacity updates to site leadership </li><li>Support peak readiness planning and staffing execution in collaboration with Talent Acquisition </li></ul> <p>Safety, Compliance & Quality</p> <ul> <li>Enforce adherence to all safety policies, GMP, SQF, and food safety standards </li><li>Maintain audit-ready conditions within fulfillment areas </li><li>Actively promote a culture of safety and quality accountability </li></ul> <p>Leadership Competencies</p> <ul> <li>Execution-focused with strong operational discipline </li><li>Data-driven decision maker </li><li>Clear, confident communicator </li><li>High accountability and ownership mindset </li><li>Collaborative and cross-functional partner </li><li>Adaptable under peak-season pressure </li></ul> <p>Impact</p> <p>The Fulfillment Supervisor directly influences customer experience, service levels, labor efficiency, and employee engagement within the Green Pointe facility. This role serves as a critical leadership pipeline position, supporting enterprise growth and operational scalability.</p> <p>Required</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of operational leadership experience </li><li>3-5 years of experience in warehouse, fulfillment, or distribution operations </li><li>2+ years of supervisory experience in a high-volume environment </li><li>Demonstrated experience managing seasonal workforce scaling </li><li>Working knowledge of WMS and shipping systems </li><li>Strong analytical skills with experience managing KPIs and labor performance </li><li>Proven ability to exercise independent judgment and lead teams with minimal oversight </li><li>Ability to work flexible hours, including extended shifts during peak seasons </li></ul> <p>Preferred</p> <ul> <li>Experience in food production, CPG, or direct-to-consumer fulfillment </li><li>Bilingual capability aligned to workforce demographics </li><li>Exposure to continuous improvement or Lean methodologies </li></ul>
