<p>The Fulfillment Supervisor provides frontline leadership and operational oversight for shift-level fulfillment activities at the Green Pointe facility. This role is accountable for the execution of picking, packing, shipping, and order accuracy performance across a multi-brand distribution environment.</p> <p>As an exempt leader, this position exercises independent judgment in workforce deployment, performance management, and operational decision-making to ensure service level attainment, labor optimization, and compliance adherence. This role serves as a critical leadership pipeline position, supporting enterprise growth and operational scalability.</p> <p>Required</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of operational leadership experience </li><li>3-5 years of experience in warehouse, fulfillment, or distribution operations </li><li>2+ years of supervisory experience in a high-volume environment </li><li>Demonstrated experience managing seasonal workforce scaling </li><li>Working knowledge of WMS and shipping systems </li><li>Strong analytical skills with experience managing KPIs and labor performance </li><li>Proven ability to exercise independent judgment and lead teams with minimal oversight </li><li>Ability to work flexible hours, including extended shifts during peak seasons </li></ul> <p>Preferred</p> <ul> <li>Experience in food production, CPG, or direct-to-consumer fulfillment </li><li>Bilingual capability aligned to workforce demographics </li><li>Exposure to continuous improvement or Lean methodologies </li></ul>
