We are a small & privately held company, with 25 employees. Many of our employees have been with us for 20 plus years. We have a family environment, where everyone knows everyone. We are looking to grow our family and are willing to train those who are willing to work. Operators should have problem solving skills, interpersonal skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment. After completing training, it is expected that the operator will be capable of performing the tasks required to make baking soda. * During training, the work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00AM - 4:30PM.
