This role is accountable for shaping and executing enterprise-wide people strategies that drive business transformation, organizational effectiveness, and a culture of high performance. The incumbent forges trusted partnerships with global stakeholders, influencing and guiding the development and delivery of innovative HR solutions that enable business success and sustainable growth.</p> <p>Your Primary Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Strategic Leadership: </li><li>Lead the design and implementation of enterprise-wide HR initiatives aligned with organizational strategy, vision, and objectives. </li><li>Serve as a key advisor to the executive team on workforce planning, organizational design, and change management. </li><li>Champion the use of advanced analytics and data-driven insights to inform business decisions and measure HR impact. </li><li>Executive Coaching & Talent Development: </li><li>Mentor and coach senior leaders to build leadership capability, drive accountability, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. </li><li>Oversee succession planning, talent reviews, and leadership development programs to ensure a robust pipeline of future leaders. </li><li>Enterprise Collaboration: </li><li>Collaborate across business units and HR functions to ensure consistency and excellence in the delivery of HR programs and services. </li><li>Build and sustain global networks to share best practices and drive alignment on people strategies. </li><li>Organizational Effectiveness: </li><li>Lead organizational development and transformation initiatives, including HR technology, talent management, and cultural change. </li><li>Drive the adoption of innovative HR practices that enhance employee engagement, retention, and organizational health. </li><li>Inclusive Leadership: </li><li>Role model and promote inclusive leadership behaviors, integrating diversity and inclusion into all aspects of the business. </li><li>Ensure HR programs and policies reflect the organization's commitment to equality and belonging. </li><li>Governance & Compliance: </li><li>Oversee compliance with global employment laws and regulations, ensuring risk mitigation and ethical standards. </li><li>Provide strategic guidance on complex employee relations and performance management matters. </li><li>Performance & Rewards: </li><li>Champion and help internal clients navigate enterprise-wide performance management and compensation processes, including year-end planning, promotion reviews, and action plan development. </li><li>Analyze workforce trends and recommend strategies to optimize organizational performance. </li><li>Mitigates risk by following established procedures, spotting key errors and demonstrating strong ethical behavior. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Minimum of 10 years of related experience </li><li>Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience </li></ul> <p>Talents Needed for Success:</p> <ul> <li>Minimum of 10 years of related experience </li><li>Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience </li><li>Deep expertise in HR disciplines, including talent management, organizational development, compensation, employee relations and change management. </li><li>Proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior executives and global stakeholders. </li><li>Exceptional strategic thinking, business acumen, and decision-making skills. </li></ul> <p>The salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations.
