As a member of our team you'll enjoy excellent benefits, opportunities for growth, and an encouraging culture that supports work / life balance.</p> <p>Gatekeeper</p> <p>Reports to: QA Manager</p> <p>Department: QA</p> <p>Job Profile: JP00519</p> <p>Job Status: Full-Time / Hourly</p> <p>Mobility Profile: On Location</p> <p>Pay: $27 Per Hour</p> <p>Position Summary: The Gatekeeper will support the overall quality of our product by providing world class feedback to</p> <p>our production team; identifying, communicating and following up on areas of opportunity.</p> <p>Duties / Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Conduct audits of our homes in the designated gateways </li><li>Document findings during the audit using available technology </li><li>Communicate to management team via radio when audit is complete, document notification times </li><li>Follow-up on completion of audit findings, document completion times to generate overall response times </li><li>Attend production meetings and communicate overall status of program in their gateway </li><li>Other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or GED </li><li>Demonstrated positive influence and optimistic demeanor </li><li>Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel </li><li>Continuous willingness to learn and grow </li><li>Sound judgement in all interactions at all levels within the facility </li><li>Strong knowledge of quality standards and expectations </li><li>Strong attention to detail </li></ul> <p>Physical Demands:</p> <ul> <li>Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. and occasionally use ladders / steps to enter and exit homes. </li><li>Must be able to consistently operate a computer and other office productivity machinery such as telephone, </li></ul> <p>calculator, copy machine, computer printer, etc.</p> <ul> <li>Must be able to communicate with others via phone, email, and in person.
