<p>Kforce has a client that is seeking an Application Architect - Adobe Experience Manager in Armonk, NY.</p> <p>Overview: We are seeking an experienced Application Architect - Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to design and optimize enterprise-grade digital solutions supporting retail, media, and e-commerce initiatives. This role leads technical architecture, guides AEM development teams, and ensures seamless integration across Adobe Experience Cloud to deliver scalable, personalized, omnichannel experiences.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Lead architecture, design, and implementation of AEM solutions </li><li>Define AEM components, templates, and content workflows aligned with business goals </li><li>Collaborate with product, commerce, and business teams to translate requirements into scalable technical designs </li><li>Architect integrations with Adobe Experience Cloud products (Analytics, Target, Campaign) </li><li>Provide technical leadership to AEM developers, ensuring code quality, performance, and security </li><li>Conduct architectural reviews and propose modernization strategies </li><li>Maintain documentation, design patterns, and governance frameworks </li><li>Support CI/CD pipelines and cloud hosting strategies (AEM as a Cloud Service preferred) </li><li>Align platform capabilities with business and digital experience objectives* 8+ years in web application architecture and CMS </li><li>5+ years in Adobe Experience Manager design, architecture, and development </li><li>Experience with Adobe Commerce/Magento and omnichannel integrations preferred </li><li>Expertise in AEM Sites, Assets, Workflows, and OSGi architecture </li><li>Strong knowledge of Adobe Experience Cloud integrations </li><li>Proficiency in Java, Sling, JCR, HTL, and RESTful APIs </li><li>Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and CI/CD tools (Git, Jenkins, Maven) </li><li>Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Adobe Certified Expert - AEM Architect/Developer </li><li>Experience with retail/media networks, B2B/B2C commerce, or CDPs </li><li>Background in business transformation consulting </li><li>Knowledge of content personalization, modular content, and headless CMS </li></ul>
