<p>Morgan Elementary School is seeking a dedicated and caring Preschool/School Age Paraprofessional to join our team. This individual will work alongside teachers and staff to provide instructional and behavioral support to students in both preschool and school-age programs.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Assist the classroom teacher in implementing daily instructional activities.</p> </li><li> <p>Provide one-on-one or small group support to students as needed.</p> </li><li> <p>Support students with academic, social, emotional, and behavioral needs.</p> </li><li> <p>Supervise students in classrooms, hallways, playgrounds, and other settings.</p> </li><li> <p>Assist with classroom organization, preparation of materials, and record-keeping.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with teachers and staff to ensure a safe and positive learning environment.</p> </li><li> <p>Support students in developing independence and positive social interactions.</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>High school diploma or equivalent required;</p> </li><li> <p>Experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting preferred.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</p> </li><li> <p>Patience, flexibility, and a positive attitude.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to pass a background check</p> </li><li> <p>Willingness to obtain an Educational Aide Permit through the Ohio Department of Education and Workforce</p> </li></ul> <p>188 workday calendar</p> <p>Full benefits available</p>
