<p>This S2 Growth Analyst role is a high-impact, analytics-driven position supporting the Advice & Wealth Management business. The day-to-day work is centered on growth reporting, forecasting, and advanced analysis, with a strong emphasis on storytelling and innovation. In this role, you will: Own and support business-as-usual (BAU) growth reporting across Advice & Wealth Management, including client growth, asset growth, and product performance Contribute to forecasting and planning efforts for clients, assets, and key growth initiatives Lead bodies of work to improve growth performance and perform deep-dive analyses to uncover trends, drivers, risks, and opportunities within growth data Translate complex data into clear narratives and executive-ready insights that inform decision-making Build and maintain reporting and visualizations, leveraging tools such as Tableau to bring data to life Experiment with and develop AI-enabled analytics and reporting solutions, including creating and evolving analytics agents Partner closely with business leaders and cross-functional teams to continuously evolve how growth is measured, analyzed, and communicated This role is ideal for someone who is both analytically rigorous and creatively curious-a self-starter who is excited to challenge existing reporting approaches and help shape the future of growth performance reporting.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Manages a project or workstreams within a broader project or program. Develops, implements, and monitors project plans. Contributes expertise to major project deliverables, milestones, and required tasks. </li><li>Provides insight on best practices and common obstacles based on prior experiences. Ensures strategies are aligned with the overall department strategy. </li><li>Communicates project status and issues regularly to stakeholders, including leaders, team members, and senior managers. </li><li>Builds and maintains effective relationships. Proactively fosters communication between internal and external project stakeholders. Influences key decisions across stakeholder groups. </li><li>Proactively identifies, manages, and mitigates risks and any related project issues. Communicates solutions on key issues or projects to management and stakeholders to obtain their input and buy-in as appropriate. </li><li>Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li> <p>Minimum of three years related work experience. Two years of managing a project preferred.
