Conduct outreach to identify new partnership opportunities that support adult learners, workforce upskilling, and community education initiatives. Serve as a primary point of contact for partners, ensuring timely communication, responsiveness, and ongoing collaboration. Represent Palmetto College at corporate meetings, community events, workforce summits, and professional networking functions.</p> <p>Essential Function Yes Percentage of Time 30 Job Duty</p> <p>Assist the Director of Corporate and Community Engagement in implementing engagement strategies aligned with Palmetto College's strategic goals for adult education access and workforce development. Assist in developing tailored engagement plans for corporate and community partners, including talent development pathways, tuition support programs, and custom training solutions. Gather and analyze data on partnership efforts, workforce needs, and engagement outcomes to inform strategy and reporting.</p> <p>Essential Function Yes Percentage of Time 20 Job Duty</p> <p>Manage and coordinate activities related to employer-focused initiatives, workforce education programs, and community engagement events across all Palmetto College campuses (Lancaster, Salkehatchie, Sumter, Union) and Palmetto College Online.
