The candidate should have the following characteristics:</p> <ul> <li>Proven leadership experience focused on serving students, faculty, and staff </li><li>Demonstrated experience as an instructional leader </li><li>Experience supporting Guidance department and development of school-wide master schedule </li><li>Extensive experience in community development and community relations </li><li>Proven ability to develop and oversee school budget </li><li>Demonstrated ability to organize and execute staff development </li><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills </li><li>Ability to effectively integrate technology throughout the school </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Valid New Jersey Principal Certificate or eligibility </li><li>Demonstrated leadership skills in the areas of curriculum development, program evaluation, staff development, and school management/improvement </li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills </li></ul> <p>This position is for an upcoming vacancy and we are looking to fill this role within 4-8 weeks.</p> <p>Salary Range: $117,962 - $150,027 for the 2026-2027 school year based on years of experience</p> <p>Benefits: Competitive Health and Dental plans, paid sick/personal days, paid holidays, retirement plans (403b and 457b), professional development opportunities, and tuition reimbursement.</p> <p>Manville School District is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer</p>
