<p>Busy new and used car Dealership is looking for an experienced individual to join our team as a CVR / Title Clerk.</p> <p>Duties would mainly include but not limited to:</p> <ul> <li>Create all documents related to transactions with the Department of Motor Vehicles; ensure work is done correctly and in a timely manner. </li><li>Control all documents and plates. </li><li>Register new and used vehicles sold by the company in a timely manner. </li><li>Relay any problems that may hold up a registration to management. </li><li>Sending payoff checks to the banks. </li><li>Following up on the titles after they have been paid. </li><li>Stocking in new vehicles. </li><li>Communicating with auctions-sending titles and posting checks. </li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <p>The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of title processing experience:</p> <ul> <li>(Reynolds and Reynolds knowledge is a plus). </li><li>CVR / Title Clerk experience is a plus. </li><li>Knowledge of in-state and out-of-state vehicle titles </li><li>Strong organizational skills and great attention to detail </li><li>Superb communication skills and ability to work well with others on a team. </li></ul> <p>We offer a great office environment, excellent benefits including health/dental/Life Ins/401k</p> <p>Job Type: Full-time</p> <p>Salary: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour</p> <p>Benefits:</p> <ul> <li>401(k) </li><li>401(k) matching </li><li>Dental insurance </li><li>Health insurance </li><li>Health savings account </li><li>Life insurance </li><li>Paid time off </li><li>Vision insurance </li></ul> <p>Schedule:</p> <ul> <li>8 hour shift </li><li>Holidays </li><li>Weekend availability </li></ul> <p>Ability to commute/relocate:</p> <ul> <li>Auburn, MA 01501: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) </li></ul> <p>Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Customer service: 1 year (Preferred) </li><li>Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred) </li><li>Reynolds and Reynolds: 1 year (Preferred) </li></ul> <p>Work Location: One location</p>
