In this high-impact role, you'll manage and grow a portfolio of key enterprise clients, helping some of the world's most innovative companies solve their corporate housing needs across international markets.</p> <p>You'll act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner-cultivating relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and expanding our footprint within large, global accounts. If you're a top seller with a passion for strategic growth and revenue generation mindset, we'd love to hear from you.</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <ul> <li>Own and Expand Key Accounts </li></ul> <p>Manage a portfolio of enterprise clients, ensuring ongoing success and identifying opportunities for expansion across the German speaking markets.</p> <ul> <li>Drive Engagement and Retention </li></ul> <p>Deepen client relationships through strategic collaboration and consultative account management, increasing usage and long-term value.</p> <ul> <li>Strategic Prospecting </li></ul> <p>Proactively engage with prospective global clients using a blend of outreach techniques-email campaigns, referrals, networking, and targeted research. Outreaching new clients is required.</p> <ul> <li>Communicate Value </li></ul> <p>Tailor Blueground's value proposition to the specific needs of corporate partners.</p> <ul> <li>Collaborate Cross-Functionally </li></ul> <p>Partner with internal stakeholders in Operations, CX, and Product to ensure a seamless client experience and execution of custom solutions</p> <ul> <li>High Performing Mentality </li></ul> <p>Maintain accurate account forecasting, monitor engagement metrics, and report on growth performance across your portfolio</p>
