This role focuses on driving profitable growth, expanding services, and ensuring high performance through coaching, accountability, and collaboration.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Lead a sales team to execute Ricoh's Equipment and Services Strategy, ensuring alignment with company standards and goals. </li><li>Drive profitable growth in equipment and core services across assigned accounts, including contract retention, expansion, and new service adoption. </li><li>Hold Technology Specialists accountable for sales activities, KPI achievement, and deal closure to deepen client engagement. </li><li>Establish clear expectations and routines, regularly inspecting activities that support sales objectives. </li><li>Collaborate with internal teams to align resources, support, and talent for successful sales execution. </li><li>Engage with peers and specialty teams to resolve issues and enhance growth strategies. </li><li>Coach and develop team members, identifying strengths and areas for improvement. </li><li>Guide Technology Specialists through the sales methodology, ensuring mastery of fundamentals and continuous skill development. </li><li>Create and implement development plans to challenge and elevate team performance. </li><li>Proactively contribute to achieving company financial targets. </li><li>Perform other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field. </li><li>7+ years of experience in selling products and services. </li><li>5+ years of experience in sales management. </li><li>Strong background in consultative sales. </li></ul> <p>Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities</p> <ul> <li>Deep understanding of organizational dynamics. </li><li>Agile leadership with a strong sense of urgency. </li><li>Familiarity with Ricoh's operating model and internal navigation. </li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills. </li><li>Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities. </li><li>Technologically proficient, with knowledge of enterprise IT architectures. </li><li>Recognized as a thought leader and trusted advisor in equipment and core services. </li><li>Strong business and financial acumen. </li><li>Proven ability to coach and develop high-performing sales teams. </li><li>Ability to hold self and team accountable for achieving sales goals. </li></ul> <p>Working Conditions & Physical Demands</p> <ul> <li>Primarily office-based with standard lighting, ventilation, and noise levels. </li><li>Work involves interpreting and applying complex information and data. </li><li>Minimal physical effort; mostly sedentary with occasional walking, standing, and light lifting (under 10 lbs). </li><li>Moderate dexterity required for tasks such as typing and using office tools. </li><li>Travel required approximately 30%, including overnight stays. </li></ul> <p>The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this job.
