<p>Overview</p> <p>Compensation: $62,000 - $85,000 annually based on experience and credentials</p> <p>Location Type: Hybrid</p> <p>Position Type: Full Time</p> <p>The System Administrator is responsible for the installation, operation, and maintenance of end-user applications. This individual participates in technical research and development to enable continuing innovation within the infrastructure. This role effectively participates independently and as a team member. An ideal candidate is a highly motivated individual who makes key decisions and takes ownership of their own projects.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Oversee the design, operation, and maintenance of all aspects of end-user applications </li><li>Administer upgrades and installation of end-user applications </li><li>Document application architecture and troubleshooting steps </li><li>Monitor performance of end-user applications and address issues </li><li>Maintenance of the credit union systems and servers </li><li>Serve as a technical consultant to business units for technology purchases </li><li>Create disaster recovery plans for end-user applications </li><li>Coordinate and collaborate effectively with technical teams </li><li>Serve as lead on large or complex projects, overseeing software and hardware rollouts and upgrades </li><li>Collaborate with Suncoast Credit Union departments and external vendors to successfully execute projects </li><li>Participate in regular on-call rotation for the Information Technology Division </li><li>Maintain knowledge and understanding of current trends, laws, and issues affecting the area of expertise </li><li>Attend educational events to increase professional knowledge </li><li>Complete annual BSA/AML compliance training and understands employee's role in maintaining an effective BSA/AML compliance program </li><li>Complete FACT Act Red Flag training </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>One of the following certifications required; Microsoft Certified, Azure Administrator Associate, CCNA, Azure Database Administrator Associate, or equivalent certification </li><li>Bachelor's degree in information systems or a related field preferred (A comparable combination of work experience and training may be substituted for education requirements) </li><li>Experience with database administration and troubleshooting </li><li>Knowledge of windows server OS-based systems and security configurations </li><li>Experience with industry-standard data backup/recovery solutions </li><li>Ability to plan, deploy and manage IT projects </li><li>Proficient knowledge of cloud services (Azure AWS ETC) </li><li>Knowledge of PowerShell preferred </li><li>Proficient knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN concepts, and other communications hardware techniques </li><li>Must maintain a high level of confidentiality </li><li>Ability to prioritize tasks, deal effectively with competing and changing priorities to meet deadlines </li><li>Accurate, detail-oriented, and organized with task management </li><li>Ability to analyze and resolve complex problems </li><li>Good knowledge and understanding of credit union products, services, policies, and procedures pertinent to the job </li><li>Good knowledge and understanding of regulatory compliance necessary to successfully perform job responsibilities </li><li>Good knowledge and understanding of all credit union computer systems and software applications required to perform job duties </li><li>Good communication skills (written, verbal and interpersonal) to interact effectively with members, staff, vendors, and government regulators </li><li>Ability to influence others regarding policies, practices, and procedures </li><li>Works independently with general supervision </li></ul> <p>Benefits</p> <ul> <li>Financial Well-Being: Bonus Program up to 12%, 401K Matching up to 8%, Retirement Planning, Pay Increases based on Competency, Employee Loan Discounts, Flex Spending Accounts </li><li>Wellness: Medical Coverage, Dental and Vision Coverage, Access to 4,000+ Gyms, Mental Health Resources, PTO Wellness Days, Short Term and Long Term Disability Coverage </li><li>Work-Life Balance: 11 Paid Holidays, 3 weeks of Paid Time Off, 4 weeks of Paid Parental Leave, Birthday PTO </li><li>Community Involvement: Paid Volunteer Hours </li><li>Growth: Degree Assistance up to $5,000 per year </li></ul> <p>For more information, including additional benefits, please visit our benefits website at https://careers.suncoastcreditunion.com/benefits</p> <p>Company Overview</p> <p>Suncoast Credit Union is consistently chosen as a Tampa Bay Times Top Workplace because its employees genuinely #LOVEWORK!
