Monitor reorder points and take action to replenish stock as needed. Reconcile discrepancies in inventory and notify the supervisor of any irregularities. You will report into the Proprietor.</p> <p>Responsibilities/You will:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Monitor and maintain current inventory levels; process purchase orders as required; track orders and investigate any issues.</p> </li><li> <p>Record purchases, maintain inventory database, perform physical inventory counts, and reconcile actual stock counts with computer-generated reports.</p> </li><li> <p>Receive, unpack, and deliver goods; restock items as necessary; label shelves.</p> </li><li> <p>Process and/or approve invoices for payment.</p> </li><li> <p>Process and document return-to-vendor issues as required, following established procedures.</p> </li><li> <p>Perform routine clerical duties, including data entry, answering telephones, and assisting cast members and leaders.</p> </li><li> <p>May lead, guide, and train cast members performing related tasks.</p> </li><li> <p>Research new products and technologies that may improve productivity and efficiency within the department.</p> </li><li> <p>Review warehouse inventory using a combination of protocols, including the Warehouse Management System and physical counts.</p> </li><li> <p>Verify accuracy of data in the Warehouse Management System against intake and output records, investigate, and resolve any discrepancies, and inform management of findings.</p> </li><li> <p>Utilize various material-handling equipment to perform physical counts and cycle counts as required, including routine audits or to resolve issues.</p> </li><li> <p>Investigate and resolve all chargebacks and advise management of resolutions.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate to problem-solve and recommend solutions.</p> </li><li> <p>Assist in the preparation of inventory and other related reports.</p> </li><li> <p>Resolve concerns or escalate as required.</p> </li><li> <p>Develop constructive and cooperative working relationships within the team and across departments.</p> </li><li> <p>Perform both cycle and physical inventory counts.</p> </li><li> <p>Troubleshoot and resolve system- or operator-related inventory discrepancies.</p> </li><li> <p>Perform inventory adjustments and update the database accordingly.</p> </li><li> <p>Analyze and troubleshoot inventory control issues promptly.</p> </li><li> <p>Process purchase orders in a timely manner and follow up on pending orders.</p> </li><li> <p>Prioritize and complete daily tasks assigned by the leader.</p> </li><li> <p>Respond to inquiries regarding products and inventory.</p> </li><li> <p>Provide direction and assistance to colleagues as needed.</p> </li></ul> <p>Basic Qualifications/You will have:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Knowledge of supplies, equipment, and services ordering, as well as inventory control.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to reconcile stock counts with report data.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong database management skills.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to analyze and solve problems efficiently.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to prepare routine administrative paperwork.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to receive, stock, and deliver goods as needed.</p> </li><li> <p>Proficient in clerical tasks, word processing, and office skills.</p> </li><li> <p>Knowledge of SAP, COUPA and other purchase order, order processing, and invoicing systems.</p> </li><li> <p>Initiating action to replenish stock by processing purchase orders and related paperwork.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience receiving, unpacking, and delivering items to shelves or requesting departments.</p> </li><li> <p>Inspecting shipments for accuracy and completeness and resolving any inconsistencies.</p> </li><li> <p>The position requires considerable physical activity and may involve handling objects weighing up to 65 lbs.
