<p>Close All</p> <p>Job Summary</p> <p>The University of Colorado Boulder is hiring for 2 Custodian I roles! This unit is responsible for cleaning the facilities and providing a safe and healthy environment for staff and patients at Wardenburg Health Center. The position will provide custodial services for the Health Center by cleaning and disinfecting doctor's offices rooms, common areas, and public restrooms. Duties will include sweeping, mopping and vacuuming floors, reporting unsafe conditions, and completing a variety of custodial tasks as they arise. The Wardenburg Medical Clinic provides a wide range of health care services for students including: primary care for illnesses and injuries, as well as chronic conditions, physicals, sexually transmitted infection testing and treatment, allergy shots, vaccinations, travel health care, and concussion care.</p> <p>What Your Key Responsibilities Will Be</p> <p>Clean and Disinfect</p> <ul> <li>Cleans and disinfects facilities, including toilets, showers, tubs, sinks, halls, windows, mirrors, telephones, water fountains, and trash containers. Maintains cleanliness in key areas such as medical provider offices, restrooms, waiting areas, front desks, and physical therapy spaces, refilling paper and soap dispensers, and delivering linens. </li></ul> <p>Stairs, Open and Close the Building</p> <ul> <li>Sweeps, mops, and vacuums stairways; ensures building accessibility by unlocking all exterior doors throughout the facility. </li></ul> <p>Floors & Carpets</p> <ul> <li>Strips, buffs, and waxes floors to maintain cleanliness, appearance, and safety standards. </li><li>Shampoos all carpeted floors, including office chairs, at least twice a year or as needed to ensure a clean and professional environment. </li><li>Performs additional responsibilities as directed to support overall maintenance and operational needs. </li></ul> <p>What You Should Know</p> <p>We are hiring for 2 Custodian I positions! These positions are expected to work 24 hours per week. 2 different shifts are available:</p> <ul> <li>Morning Shift: 6 am - 11 am </li><li>Evening shift: 5 pm - 10 pm </li></ul> <p>What We Can Offer</p> <p>The pay rate for this 60%, part time role is $19.16 per hour (equal to $23,911.68 annually).</p> <p>Benefits</p> <p>At the University of Colorado Boulder, we are committed to supporting the holistic health and well-being of our employees.
