<p>What We Look For...</p> <p>We are in search of a smart, friendly, customer and team oriented Front Office Manager who will be responsible for supervising the daily of operations of the front office team to help maximize revenues, profits and professionalism, while providing an example of attaining optimal guest satisfaction.</p> <p>The Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Be aware of projected occupancy, offered rates and demand in the area and schedule and staff appropriately. </li><li>Confirm arrangements for Priority Club Guests and VIP's are in place, have a list of all VIP arrivals at hand. Greet each VIP or similar guest personally. </li><li>Ensure that the rooms department team members are ready and implementing Legendary levels of service to all guests, engaging both staff and guests. </li><li>Monitor public facilities of the hotel, check bathrooms, hallways lobby and parking lot for cleanliness and appropriateness. Work with the housekeeping staff to make adjustments. </li><li>Walk property regularly to ensure all areas are correctly set and maintained for the guest, if items need attention ensure that corrective actions take place, work with other managers, supervisors and line staff. </li><li>Maintain a log to record issues and notes for supervisors and department managers to follow through during operations, disseminate information from logs to all department managers on a daily basis. </li><li>Handle guest problems/complaints, keeping Generale Manager or other Management Leaders Informed. </li><li>Be knowledgeable of all duties performed by the Front Desk Agents, Reservations Agent, Bellmen, Front Desk Supervisors, Night Auditors including computer and cashier systems, as well as the reservations system including room rates and types of accommodations. </li><li>Being involved at Check in and Checkout, breaking team members for lunch and overall daily flow of schedule management. </li><li>Monitor and maintain all hotel guest programs, i.e., Priority Club Rewards etc.; assist in creating other hotel promotions. </li></ul> <p>The Model Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or Business or higher preferred. </li><li>Hotel Brand Experience is preferred. </li><li>Previous front desk, reservations, and/or hospitality experience. </li><li>Previous managerial experience. </li></ul> <p>Be Bold.
