Develop and communicate design strategies effectively. Provide product usability, evaluation and support to product development teams, including the analysis and investigation of applications/systems, graphics, web, multimedia, voice response and conversational user interaction. Enhance user experiences by improving the usefulness, usability, and accessibility of products. Translates business requirements and user needs into impactful design decisions, creating user-centered solutions that drive engagement and satisfaction. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Product Management and Application Engineering, to implement and refine designs. Ensure usability and accessibility standards are met throughout the design lifecycle.</p> <p>Education and Occupational Experience:</p> <p>Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Information Technology, Interactive Arts and Technology, or a related field of study and six (6) years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation. Alternatively, a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Information Technology, Interactive Arts and Technology, or a related field of study and four (4) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.</p> <p>Qualifications/Skills and Competencies Experience:</p> <p>Experience must include four (4) years involving each of the following:</p> <ul> <li> <p>User Research Techniques including User Interviews, Surveys, Usability Testing, and A/B Testing;</p> </li><li> <p>UI/UX Wireframing & Prototyping including Low/High Fidelity Wireframes and Clickable Prototypes;</p> </li><li> <p>Task Flow Modeling including Linear Task Flows and User Journey maps;</p> </li><li> <p>Storyboarding including Scenario-based and persona-driven storyboards;</p> </li><li> <p>Interaction Design Principles including Consistency, Feedback, Affordance, Visibility, Mapping, Learnability, and Flexibility;</p> </li><li> <p>Information Architecture including Card sorting, sitemaps, and Hierarchy Mapping;</p> </li><li> <p>Inclusive Design including Keyboard mapping, Color Contrast, Alt text, responsive layouts, and user diversity mapping;</p> </li><li> <p>Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, or Illustrator; and</p> </li><li> <p>Design Thinking including Empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and iterate.</p> </li></ul> <p>Travel: N/A.</p> <p>This position is eligible for the Employee Referral Program subject to the eligibility criteria outlined in the</p>
