In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing procurement, inventory management, and distribution of materials within the organization. This role requires a driven team member to help us fulfill our mission to keep equipment healthy for patient care.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Leadership, Management, and Accountability for the Materials Team personnel. </li><li>Forecast material requirements and maintain inventory levels to support production needs. </li><li>Perform purchasing activities to ensure timely delivery of materials, supplies, and equipment. </li><li>Conduct monthly and quarterly Inventory valuations and adjustments. </li><li>Manage vendor relationships to drive turnaround time, cost-effectiveness, and quality compliance. </li><li>Monitor, analyze, and drive KPIs for supplier performance, material flow, and inventory accuracy. </li><li>Support cross-departmental collaboration and continuous improvement efforts </li><li>Ensure compliance with BMES policies, procedures and Quality Management System requirements. </li></ul> <p>Required Skills and Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or equivalent required; additional education in materials and inventory control preferred. </li><li>Experience in materials management, inventory control, or supply chain operations (production or service environment preferred). </li><li>Strong leadership skills with experience managing personnel and fostering a collaborative, high-performing work environment. </li><li>Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft applications (Excel, Teams, SharePoint, etc) </li><li>Solid understanding of supply chain and inventory management processes and best practices. </li><li>Skilled in analyzing material usage, cost, and inventory data to inform decision making. </li><li>Vendor management and negotiations skills to secure favorable terms and pricing with vendors. </li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills </li><li>Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and remain on your feet throughout the workday </li><li>Willingness to build trust with fellow team members, produce results, and accept ownership of your responsibilities, performance, and actions. </li></ul> <p>About PartsSource</p> <p>Since 2001, PartsSource has evolved into the leading technology and software platform for managing mission-critical equipment, serving over half of the U.S. hospital infrastructure.
