The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and automation technologies, along with proven leadership experience in managing AI initiatives and cross-functional teams.</p> <p>This position will be based at our Americas headquarters in New Haven, CT.</p> <p>What you will be doing</p> <p>Developing and executing the company's AI and automation strategy aligned with business goals. You will collaborate with senior leadership to identify opportunities for AI adoption and process automation across departments. You will define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and ROI of AI and automation initiatives and remain current on emerging AI trends, tools, and technologies to ensure the company remains competitive.</p> <ul> <li>AI and Automation Implementation responsibilities include: </li><li>Leading the design, development, and deployment of AI models, machine learning algorithms, and intelligent automation solutions. </li><li>Overseeing the integration of AI models and automation systems into existing business processes and applications. </li><li>Establishing best practices and governance frameworks to ensure ethical AI use, data privacy, and security. </li><li>Evaluating and selecting appropriate AI platforms, automation tools, and technology partners. </li><li>Identifying, assessing and prioritizing opportunities for process automation using RPA (Robotic Process Automation) and intelligent automation technologies. </li><li>Partnering with operations and IT teams to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency. </li><li>Monitoring and optimizing automated processes to ensure scalability and reliability. </li></ul> <p>You will manage, mentor, and scale offshore and onshore AI and automation teams, ensuring high-quality output and alignment with business objectives. Foster collaboration between onshore and offshore teams to ensure seamless delivery of projects. Foster collaboration between data, engineering, and business teams to ensure seamless delivery of AI-powered solutions. Provide guidance and technical oversight on AI model development, deployment, and ongoing optimization.</p> <p>What we are looking for</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, or related fields. </li><li>3+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, and automation, with at least 5+ years in a leadership or senior management role. </li><li>Proven track record of successfully delivering AI and automation solutions at scale. </li><li>Experience managing cross-functional teams and driving enterprise-level AI initiatives. </li><li>Strong knowledge of machine learning frameworks and Azure AI </li><li>Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and SQL </li><li>Experience with Microsoft Fabric and Azure Data cloud platforms and capabilities </li><li>Hands-on experience with RPA platforms (UiPath and Power Automate) </li><li>Ability to translate complex AI concepts into actionable business strategies. </li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. </li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. </li><li>Ability to travel both domestically and internationally up to 10%. </li></ul> <p>What we offer</p> <ul> <li>We're passionate about providing amazing opportunities and benefits, so that you can enjoy a lifelong career with us.
