<p>Benefits</p> <ul> <li>Health Insurance </li><li>401K </li><li>Paid Time Off </li><li>6 Paid Holidays </li><li>Cell Phone Plan </li></ul> <p>About the Role</p> <p>American Stone is hiring a full-time Inbound Salesperson to support customers, process orders, and drive sales through incoming inquiries and in-store interactions.</p> <p>Compensation: Base + Commission (high performers can earn up to $60K+ in their first year)</p> <p>This role focuses on building relationships with contractors, landscapers, and retail customers by providing product guidance, processing orders, and identifying upsell opportunities.</p> <p>This is a primarily on-site position based at one of our locations. Candidates must be local and available to work during business hours, including Saturdays.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Assist walk-in customers and respond to inbound calls and inquiries </li><li>Build and maintain relationships with contractors, landscapers, and retail customers </li><li>Process orders accurately and efficiently </li><li>Recommend products and identify upsell opportunities </li><li>Coordinate with yard and operations teams to fulfill orders </li><li>Maintain organized records and customer information </li><li>Follow up with customers to support repeat business </li><li>Meet or exceed sales and customer service goals </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Required:</p> <ul> <li>Strong communication and customer service skills </li><li>Highly organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment </li><li>Self-motivated and dependable </li><li>Basic computer skills (email, Google Docs, Microsoft Word) </li><li>Ability to work on-site and occasionally assist with light physical tasks </li></ul> <p>Preferred:</p> <ul> <li>Sales experience (inside or retail sales) </li><li>Experience in construction, landscaping, or related industries </li><li>Spanish is a plus </li></ul> <p>Schedule</p> <p>Business hours (Monday to Saturday; schedule may vary based on business needs)</p> <p>About American Stone</p> <p>American Stone is a family-owned company supplying stone products for construction, landscaping, and retail customers.
