<p>Overview</p> <p>Regional Office CoordinatorUniversal Windows Direct / The Bath Authority</p> <p>Hybrid in Columbus, OH Full-Time | $20 - $22 per hour</p> <p>The Regional Office Coordinator will coordinate office activities and operations while providing clerical and administrative support to management.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Performs clerical duties including typing, filing, and completion of simple forms. </li><li>Assists the accounting team with mailing/distribution checks, printing checks, and making bank runs for cash deposits. </li><li>Operates office machines including copiers, scanners, phone and voicemail systems, personal computers, and other standard office equipment. </li><li>Keeps up with cash logs and billing and sends appropriate documents to management. </li><li>Prepares agendas and maintains calendars for deadlines. </li><li>Oversees telephone services, email correspondence, and mail distribution. </li><li>Maintains office supplies inventory. </li><li>Performs other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree in office administration or related field preferred. </li><li>At least two years of administrative and clerical experience preferred. </li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills. </li><li>Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. </li><li>Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. </li><li>Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment. </li><li>Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. </li></ul> <p>UWD is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer</p> <p>#INDUWDC</p>
