<p>Job#: 3028050</p> <p>Job Description:</p> <p>We are hiring Legal Support Specialist!</p> <p>Role: Legal Support Specialist</p> <p>Supporting: Large Financial Services Client</p> <p>Location: Open to candidates local to Vienna, VA, Winchester, VA, and Pensacola, FL (Hybrid)</p> <p>Assignment Type: Contract Only</p> <p>Duration: ~12 months (40 hours/week, 2,096 hours total)</p> <p>Role Overview:</p> <p>We are seeking highly organized, detail-oriented Legal Support professionals to assist legal teams with administrative and documentation-heavy tasks. This role supports subpoena-related work, document production, data entry, and the management of confidential information. Ideal candidates are adaptable, proactive, and comfortable learning new internal systems and databases.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Provide administrative and documentation support to legal teams </li><li>Manage, track, and organize legal documents and case-related information </li><li>Handle confidential materials with discretion and accuracy </li><li>Enter and maintain data across internal systems and databases </li><li>Support document production for subpoena-related workflows </li><li>Communicate and coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders </li><li>Prioritize tasks and pivot quickly as business needs evolve </li><li>Work independently with minimal supervision </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Substantive experience with legal documentation and court procedures </li><li>Strong organizational and time-management skills </li><li>Effective communication and collaboration abilities </li><li>Knowledge of state and federal compliance/regulatory requirements </li><li>High degree of attention to detail and accuracy </li><li>Ability to multitask and remain focused </li><li>Adaptability to shifting priorities </li><li>Ability to work independently </li></ul> <p>Compensation and Benefits:</p> <p>The pay rate for this position is between $25 and $35 per hour.
