The group's objective is to develop and deploy computer-aided automation tools to maximize the net savings to the company. The group is predominantly working on the development of custom automation solutions to support EB's newest CAD and PLM tool, such as developing design, plan, and manufacturing interfaces and rules-based automations.</p> <p>Responsibilities include:</p> <ul> <li>Requirement analysis and design for software application </li><li>Development of software applications (typically using Java and javascript) </li><li>Testing and maintenance of various software applications </li><li>Investigation of advanced IT and software development technologies </li></ul> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Languages: Java, javascript </li><li>Databases: Oracle </li><li>Technologies: Jira, Git, Gradle, IDEs, and web-based frameworks </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Required:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science or Information Technology </li><li>1-5 years of post-graduate engineering experience </li><li>Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance through the Department of Defense </li></ul> <p>Preferred:</p> <ul> <li>Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodology </li><li>Java and/or web-based application development using javascript </li></ul>
