<p>In search of a Person in Charge (or experienced restaurant worker willing to train up through our Manager in Training-MIT program) to join our team of Rockstars!</p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>Job Summary: We are a high volume store and looking for a JJs rockstar that thrives on the pace and duties that Jimmy John's requires. During your shift, you will manage all functions of a Jimmy John's restaurant to ensure customer service and high-quality products are delivered to ensure restaurant profitability. Responsible for the successful execution of fast, accurate sandwiches and world-class customer service while maintaining a clean, organized shift.</p> <p>Benefits:</p> <ul> <li>Part of the store bonus program for additional compensation monthly </li><li>Health insurance eligible </li><li>$2-$6/hr CASH TIPS after every shift (included in posted rate range) </li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Manage a successful shift per all Jimmy Johns standard processes and procedures </li><li>Willing to work occasional open and close shifts </li><li>Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives with minimal supervision. </li><li>Ability to handle and resolve customer issues. </li><li>Ability to handle and resolve employee issues. </li><li>Ability to handle & orchestrate high-volume operations* </li></ul> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <p>Perform basic management shift duties including:</p> <ul> <li>Manage labor cost control on the shift </li><li>Count drawers </li><li>Complete paperwork </li><li>Delegate & perform after lunch and closing shift procedures </li><li>Be the leader of the shift! </li></ul> <p>Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:</p> <ul> <li>Position requires bending, reaching, stooping, climbing, repetitive motions, cognitive skills, standing and moving about the unit the entire workday. </li><li>Must be at least 18 years of age </li><li>Must have the stamina to work a minimum of 40 hours a week. </li></ul> <p>Company Introduction</p> <p>We slice our all-natural meats and fresh veggies in-house every day.
