Must be flexible to work compressed workweek days as needed.</p> <p>Pay Rate: $26.00 to $28.00/hourly. Additional benefits are listed at the end of this posting.</p> <p>Principal Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Install and maintain cable systems, including setting up support structures and working safely at heights on ladders. </li><li>Handle materials and equipment within the factory while maintaining a clean and organized workspace. </li><li>Prioritize safety in all tasks and communicate technical issues clearly to leads or site supervisors. </li><li>Document work completed using checklists and concise updates to keep management informed of project status. </li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Proficient with hand tools and knowledgeable in Windows based systems. </li><li>Self-motivated and proactive, able to transition between tasks independently with a positive attitude. </li><li>Aware of surroundings to avoid impacting nearby equipment and comfortable working in a bunny suit for extended periods. </li><li>Safety conscious and detail oriented, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and responsibly. </li></ul> <p>Preferences:</p> <ul> <li>OSHA 10/30 certified with strong understanding of communication systems, including IP address and subnet configuration in Windows environments. </li><li>Technically proficient in navigating and adapting network port configurations and troubleshooting within Windows based systems. </li><li>Detail oriented and methodical, able to follow complex instructions to configure software settings and document commissioning status clearly. </li><li>Effective communicator, especially when resolving technical configuration issues and collaborating with team members. </li></ul> <p>Physical Effort/Activities:</p> <p>May be required to walk up to 5+miles per day, able to be on feet for 8-10 hrs at a time, ability to bend, twist, push/pull, crouch, kneel in confined spaces, work at heights, on a ladder, and lift up to 50 pounds.
