You'll get the satisfaction of making great products people use and love.</p> <p>In this position...</p> <p>Manage Electrical Safety Program (Arc Flash and Shock Hazard) for the facility, including conducting Arc Flash/Shock Hazard study of the facility's electrical distribution system. Provide appropriate arc flash labeling for electrical components. This position is also "Authorized Electrical Engineer" for the plant and implements the program in coordination with the Plant's Master Electrician.</p> <p>Engineering Specialist - Facility Electrical We are the movers of the world and the makers of the future. You'll get the satisfaction of making great products people use and love.</p> <p>What you'll do...</p> <ul> <li>Must know AutoCAD software and is responsible for maintaining the plant's electrical distribution system drawings </li><li>Must have excellent interpersonal skills, verbal and written, and must be able to perform the duties without much supervision </li><li>Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook is crucial </li><li>Responsible for writing and managing annual Capital Improvement Budget (CIB) Projects (MEARS application) </li><li>Support the electrical aspect of all facility projects for construction & maintenance, and provide electrical details to the electrical trade leader for execution of the facility projects </li><li>Provide electrical/controls support for the Powerhouse and waste treatment. Familiar with Allen-Bradley and/or Siemens PowerLogic software </li><li>Must be able to adhere to FAS08 standards and requirements </li></ul> <p>o Substation PMs</p> <p>o Buss shutdowns</p> <ul> <li>Run maintenance of electrical distribution system, including substation breakers, transformers, and 480V buss system/PMs, 13.8K medium voltage distribution </li><li>Maintain emergency power systems, including generators, lighting, and auto transfer switches </li><li>Manage energy conservation program for the facility; conduct energy conservation team meetings, report on the plant's energy conservation efforts, and take steps to achieve annual energy savings targets.
